Chris Perera is an award-winning executive producer and showrunner with a distinguished career across premier television networks such as A&E, ABC, Discovery, TLC, Discovery Health, HGTV, DIY, National Geographic, and TV-One. He has served as the showrunner for critically acclaimed series such as "American Weed" on Nat Geo and "Celebrity Crime Files" on TV-One. Additionally, he was a co-supervising producer for ABC’s award-winning medical show, "NY Med," and has contributed to a long list of popular shows including "Say Yes to the Dress" (TLC), "Tiny House Nation" (FYI), and "While You Were Out" (TLC).

As the former head of development at Leopard Films USA, Perera played a pivotal role in creating, packaging, and selling a wide range of series, specials, and pilots, such as "House Hunters International" (HGTV), "Man Caves" (DIY), "Doctors on the Edge" (A&E), "Ugly Agency" (TLC), "Dear Genevieve" (HGTV), and "Matchmaker" (HGTV).

Currently, Perera is the Co-Owner and Executive Producer of the TV series "INVITATION," which is airing its second season on the Warner Bros/Discovery Channel.
